We will not be held responsible due to any disruption of this site, be it server downtime or when maintenance procedures are in force, or for any other reasons.

Direct payments through this site are subject to refunds for goods not in stock at time of ordering, via the initial payment method  (paypal payments).
All refunds will be by PAY PAL account.
We will contact you direct about any items out of stock at time of purchase and will offer you to receive full payment for said item or alternatively choose another item of equal value from our site.
Once you complete a payment through paypal you are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions stated within this page.

We will not be liable for non delivery of goods (although all goods are sent by registered post) in case of non delivery we will investigate and if postal delivery is at fault we will resend the goods you purchased. We will not be liable for postal strikes etc, resulting in late deliveries.
Although we state deliveries are within  7 working days, we will not be held responsible for late deliveries in any way.

We will not be held responsible for any disputes between pay pal and yourselves.
Any disputes over delivery of goods, condition of goods or for any other reasons associated with the goods will be dealt with us direct and subject to goods being delivered back to us (well packaged and at your postal expense) or you can elect to take the goods back to any Ann summers shop and if they are happy about the faulty item they will replace the said item.
If you decide to return goods to us  and once  we receive said goods and find that the goods were faulty or damaged through no fault of yourselves  we will redeliver new items  or refund the cost of said items. Our decision on  faulty or damaged goods is final and is not subject to liability on our behalves.
If you buy on a buy three get one free promotion, individual items cannot be returned for refund, you will need to send back the three qualifying items.
If returning goods to us, goods must be returned within 7 days from when they were delivered to yourselves.

If you return goods to us, please always retain proof of posting for your records. We will not be liable for non delivery of returned goods to us.
Please note:Videos, DVDs, Books, Magazines and clearance and/or sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, so please be sure of your selection before ordering. Due to hygiene reasons, sex toys, condoms, lubricants, massage oils and lingerie (if the tags have been removed) can only be returned in the event that they are faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.

Any discounts we offer on our site are subject to change, if you have purchased items and afterwards find these items cheaper you cannot return the goods or ask for a refund as you accepted the price on date of purchase.

We will not be held responsible for any item being misprinted or miss priced or for any other reasons associated with publication of said item.
If any items price is misprinted and payment is made for said item we will contact you direct and discuss a refund or difference of misprinted price to be paid and goods will then be delivered.
If you find an item has been mistakenly under priced  from that advertised in the Ann Summers catalogue  and you continue to purchase, we will contact you direct offering to refund in total amount paid or alternatively ask you to pay the difference and then we will forward the goods to you.
